Enrolment application

Check the enrolment catchment map to find your home street address on    The principal will verify that your listed residential address is within the enrolment boundary. Please read the enrolment management plan (PDF, 19 KB) for information about 'out of catchment' enrolments before proceeding with an 'out of catchment' application.

We require original documentation (or originals witnessed by a Justice of the Peace/Commissioner of Declarations) as follows:

  • Birth certificate

  • Current passport and visa for any child born overseas

  • Proof of residential address

  • Recent electricity/telephone account. If family resides with a relative or friend, a statutory declaration is required stating that they will be residing at that particular address. This must be signed by a Justice of the Peace.

  • Owners - rate notice

  • Renters - lease agreement and a verification letter signed by a real estate

Enrolment forms are located at the bottom of this page. You are welcome to visit our school office and collect an enrolment pack instead of printing forms from this website.

We will arrange an enrolment interview once we have received correct and complete enrolment documents. Your child should be present during this meeting.

Please read our information handbook (PDF, 455 KB) prior to your enrolment interview so that you can raise any questions that are relevant to your family.

Religious Education

Religious instruction (RI) is offered at the school and is conducted on Wednesdays for a timetabled period of half an hour between the times of 11:50 and 1:40 pm. 

The faith groups that provide religious instructors to deliver an authorised program are listed below:

Delivered by members of the Anglican Church as part of an agreed common Christian RI program.

The program is developed under the guidelines of the Ministry Arrangement for Co-operative Christian Religious Instruction. Education (General Provisions) Act 2006 and Education(General Provisions) Regulation 2006.

This program is not currently running. Students will be advised when lessons are due to restart.


Parents of child/ren participating in these programs will be advised if a faith group requires funds to cover the expense of materials used in RI.

Students are allocated to RI based on information provided by parents on the completed Application for Student Enrolment unless other written instructions have been provided to the school.

Note: This information remains operational unless the parent informs the school otherwise in writing.

Students who are not participating in RI will be provided with other instruction in a separate supervised location. Other instruction must relate to part of a subject area already covered in class and may include, but is not restricted to:

·            personal research and/or assignments

·            revision of class work such as creative writing or literacy and/or numeracy activities which could include online programs currently accessed by the students of that school 

·            wider reading such as independent reading appropriate to the student


Parents will be advised of any changes to the RI and other instruction programs to ensure they are able to make an informed decision on their child’s participation.
